Biographical Info
David Curtis joined Clocktower Tax Credits in 2016 as an Acquisitions Associate specializing in Real Estate-based tax credits. Now a Senior Associate, David focuses on over 30 state and federal Affordable Housing, Historic Rehabilitation, and Brownfield tax credit programs nationwide, helping real estate developers of qualifying affordable housing and historically certified properties access financing through the monetization of tax credits. David has helped facilitate the development of over 90 projects in 10 states, including more than 50 affordable housing developments across the state of Illinois, where he is in the Emerging Leader program of the Illinois Housing Council. David also seeks out alternative investment tax credits including Venture Capital, Angel Investment and other economic development incentives.
David holds a B.A. in Economics and Hispanic Studies from Hamilton College, where he led the Investment Club and Chess Club. He lives in New York City with his wife, Kate, and is an avid Boston sports fan and chess player, achieving a top competitive ranking of 1830.
