We pursue the most attractive programs throughout the country and within different industry sectors in order to meet the needs of our clients. Our principals have closed hundreds of transactions, which have raised over $250 million in equity.
Through the use of a variety of investment structures, ranging from simple tax credit certificate sales to complex tiered partnerships, Clocktower Tax Credits designs transactions to fit the specific type of tax credit being sold and the needs of the entities selling and buying the credits. As brokers, we work to find the “sweet spot,” the series of deal points that bring both parties to the closing table, while striving to facilitate a smooth transaction. With a staff dedicated to monitoring tax credit programs nationally and understanding the intricacies of tax credit financing, Clocktower Tax Credits brings a high level of expertise to the sale process. Our firm is located 30 miles west of Boston in Maynard, Massachusetts at Clock Tower Place Office Park, a former historic textile mill along the banks of the Assabet River.
